Our ideal candidate will have:

- 5-10 years' experience working as a collision repair technician in a reputable shop

- Necessary skill and commitment to perform excellent, high-quality repairs, with strict adherence to following vehicle manufacturer standards and repair instructions

- Experience with Car-O-Liner Bench Rack 5500, Car-O-Tronic measuring system and EVO 3 jig system

- I-CAR platinum

- ASE Collision Master Tech

- Have an excellent work ethic and is a team player

- Have excellent references

- A valid Driver’s License and a good driving record

- A solution-oriented personality

- Flat rate pay plan with sliding scale rate that increases based on productivity and higher rates for structural/frame, aluminum and mechanical
