Barback / Server Position Available!

We are hiring for someone to fill 2 barback shifts and 1 server shift with the possibility to add more shifts.

Oak's compensation package includes a wage above Seattle's minimum wage, amazing tips!, PLATINUM HEALTH CARE PLAN for employees working 30+ hours a week, EMPLOYER MATCHED 401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN, a meal and drink provided every shift.

The open positions are Barback Friday& Saturday from 6pm to roughly 1:30am (or close) and Sunday Server from 3pm until 9pm (or buisness decline).

The average daily tip-out for these shifts for the month of June 2024 was 166.75 in tips per shift, making the average hourly between hourly wage and tips = $41.46/hour.

For this position, experience is helpful, though we can help the right candidate get up to speed if your experience is limited but your will to learn is strong. Full availability preferred.
