Dishwasher / Prep Cook

This position is a dual position.

The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for plates, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area and back receiving area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

Some food preparation is required. Prep responsibilities are the receiving, storage, and preparation of food products according to The Oak Glen Steakhouse & Saloon specifications and practices and helping maintaining proper levels of prepared products.
