Warehouse Specialist

This is a "hands on" role in which the employee will be expected to execute the duties below, as well as work well in a team environment. This position requires the ability to learn and help organize the functionality of warehouse procedures and Operations. This position requires someone that is highly organized, driven and has the initiative to meet deadlines.

Scope of Duties:

Perform the essential duties necessary for efficient warehouse and facility operations.

Ongoing to organize (size, type, style, color or product #) inventory, and its location in all facilities.

Manage multiple tasks at one time with accuracy and efficiency.

Opening and closing of the warehouse, as needed.

Keep track of inventory as management requires.

Accurately places materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.

Pickup and Deliver product and materials as needed for inventory control across all warehouse facilities.

Must be able to pull and pack listed materials in a timely manner.

Receive and Inspect goods for defects and damages and record as necessary.

Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties as required.

Notify supervisors of problems that you are not able to resolve yourself.

Notify management of material stock for reorders

Dispose of any leftover packing materials, wooden crates, pallets, cardboard etc.

Ability to work well with others.

Must be on time. Attendance is mandatory.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must have valid driver’s license with clean record.

Quick learner with good work ethics, able to understand and execute instructions.

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills. A calm, professional and respectful demeanor is mandatory.

Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Take the initiative to ask for directions, problem-solve and creatively troubleshoot issues.

Basic math and computer data entry skills

Physical requirements: Able to move/lift 50lbs unassisted, able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment, position to spend a lot of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.

Follow all company policies. Must follow all log-in and log-out requirements.

You will be required to take a mandatory background check.

1. Reside on Maui

2. Work a flexible schedule including weekends as required.

3. Goals set by the Operations Manager must be met.

4. You will be required to have a background check paid by the company.
