Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team at Crossover Studios. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating visually compelling graphics for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Support: Assist the senior design team in creating and refining design concepts for a range of projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, web design, and print collateral.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all media.

Content Creation: Develop engaging visual content for various platforms, including advertisements, brochures, infographics, and presentations.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Feedback Implementation: Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and clients to refine and perfect design work.

File Management: Maintain organized files and project documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval for the team.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, including internships and freelance work.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Basic understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.

Strong typographic, layout, and visual design skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating a high level of creativity and technical skill.
