Our home office is looking for an experienced and qualified candidate to work part time on a weekly basis in a casual environment.

The office admin portion of the job is fairly straightforward. We do accounting, database, and common office work. Applicant must be proficient in QuickBooks 2020. We are an all Mac office, if you aren't completely comfortable with a Mac, please do not apply.

Requirements:

Quality References are Required

Basic office management skills

Advanced in Microsoft Office 365 for Mac with an emphasis in Excel and Word, including in depth spreadsheets and mail merge

Proficient in QuickBooks 2020 for Mac

Basic graphic design and layout knowledge a plus

Problem-solving skills is crucially important to this role

Critical thinking skills are also highly important

Attention to details is a must

Part-time, flexible schedule, approximately 4-6 hours average per week and sometimes more

Must be organized and have the highest level of integrity

Ideal candidate should live within 30 minutes of Beverly Hills
