Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Fitness Kickboxing Instructor and Membership Sales Associate. This role combines teaching high-energy kickboxing classes with promoting and selling memberships to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead engaging kickboxing classes for individuals and small groups.

- Provide personalized instruction, motivation, and encouragement during classes.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

- Actively promote membership packages and convert inquiries into sales.

- Conduct tours of the facility and explain the benefits of membership.

- Follow up with leads and potential members to encourage enrollment.

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workout environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in teaching kickboxing classes and/or fitness instruction.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of varying fitness levels.

- Sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques.

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals.
