Experienced HVAC Technician

Looking for HVAC technician expert with residential retro-fit install. Especially changing gas systems to heat pump systems, both package and splits. Also should be proficient with mini split installations. Would need to be responsible for installing complete systems with non knowledgeable helper while training them, and able to service HVAC systems.
