Workers Needed for Landscape Company located in Vista

Requirements Both Positions:

- Must speak fluent English and Spanish

- Must have valid California driver's license

- Must have experience driving a truck w/ a trailer attached

- Must have a minimum of 3+ landscape experience using machinery

2 Positions needed

1. Construction Foreman

This position is for a foreman/driver. You will be in charge of a landscape construction crew which includes 4-5 other crew members. As a crew, you will complete landscape projects on commercial and residential properties.

The driver will be in charge of driving the crew to and from each jobsite. You will also be the direct person of contact if a customer has any questions/ requests for the crew while on site. This is not just a driving position you are also in charge of directing/helping your crew to make sure your project gets completed within your deadline.

Must have knowledge in working with Artificial turf, Concrete, Pavers, Irrigation Systems, etc.

We work with a variety of different projects on the construction side so you will always be doing different and new things.

2. Landscape Maintenance Driver/Foreman

This position is for a foreman/driver. You will be in charge of a landscape crew which includes 2-3 other crew members. As a crew, you will complete routine landscape maintenance on commercial and residential properties. The driver will be in charge of driving the crew to and from each jobsite. You will also be the direct person of contact if a customer has any questions/ requests for the crew while on site. This is not just a driving position you are also in charge of directing/helping your crew to make sure your daily route gets completed.

Knowledge in irrigation and plants is a big plus.

Pay is $18-$21/hr. depending on experience for Landscaping Maintenance Driver/Foreman

Pay is $20-$25/hr. depending on experience for Construction Foreman

Our work days are mandatory Monday - Saturday. Start time is at 6:00am. with some holidays observed.
