Construction Crew Leader

Our company is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Crew Leader. EnviroScape specializes in luxury landscape and hardscape projects - we are known for our unique designs, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service, and are looking for a bi-lingual team member to lead ground operation crews.

Responsibilities

Direct, supervise, and work with crew members to complete residential and commercial landscape/hardscape projects including natural stone, permeable pavers, and retaining walls.

Ensure that your team has the necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.

Manage time, quality and productivity in BuilderTrend.

Provide consistent and timely communication with the Field Manager throughout the entire project.

Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work.

Recommend modifications based on field conditions, client requests, and/or supply issues.

Utilize hands-on training and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example.

Promote safety, performance, and well-being of all crews.

Perform general hardscape installation and maintenance procedures.

Perform general landscape maintenance including planting and transplanting.

Operate skid steers, compact excavators, chainsaws, power tools, and other specialized equipment.

Requirements

Must possess strong leadership skills with crew, and ability to communicate effectively in order to meet project deadlines.

Must be able to read, understand, and communicate landscape and hardscape plan drawings and specification documents.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.

Spanish speaking, French an asset.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
