This opportunity will be supporting the Organization Advertisement division!We are seeking a driven, bright, and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support our growing team. This exciting role requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and be customer service-oriented. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with executives inside and outside the company is imperative. Humor, composure, and the ability to foster a fun and positive team environment is a must, as is flexibility and a willingness to turn on a dime as priorities shift.Expectations

Contract role 6 months (possibility to convert/extend)

This is a NYC based role

Hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in-office

40hrs a week, Monday to Friday (9a-5p)

Compensation $30-31 a/hr.

Key Responsibilities

Complex calendar management and coordination of high-level internal and external meetings

Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting

Managing large event logistics (in-person and virtually) including catering, accommodations, and materials (e.g. global team meetings, management courses, team building activities, etc.)

Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding items

Qualifications: 2-3+ years of experience supporting multiple executives US citizenship required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Concur and expense submission Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills A key problem solver with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environmentAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
