ARMADILLO POWDER COATING & SANDBLASTING & GENERAL LABOR

Armadillo is looking for another great employee to join our team. Due to increase in powder coating and sandblasting jobs we are building our team to meet those needs. Our hours are 8-5 M-Th and 8-3 M-F.

Experience is helpful but not necessary. Duties would include: Forklift driving, powder coating, sandblasting, lifting up to 100lbs, hanging parts on powder coat rack, prepping parts (sanding, blowing off), moving items in and out of oven on rolling racks, helping customers drop off or pick up their projects.

Must have a good attitude, great work ethic, willing to work hard, willing to learn new skills, able to follow and remember instructions.

Pay to be determined based on skills. Starting wage with no previous experience $16 -$18. Pay with experience will be discussed during interview. Raises based on performance will follow.

After 90 day performance review, you will be enrolled in Aflac Accidental coverage (employer paid) and be offered Simple IRA investments. Employer will match 3% of your income.
