Porter/Prep

Porter/Prep will be asked to wash pots, pans, dining wares, and other items and tools. During available time will prep food products for kitchen team. Will also assist in tasks such as bussing tables, washing surfaces and appliances, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for guests.
