FULL TIME BARISTA POSITION

Hey there!

Smalls is a vibrant all day cafe/ marketplace in Portland's West End, open 7 days a week.

Preparing for a busy spring, summer season and looking for dynamic people to join our small team!

We actively support each other while promoting an respectful and inclusive workplace.

We are looking to fill a full time 5 shifts/ week (35 hrs/wk) barista position ASAP.

OR 2 part time roles 2-3 shift/week.

A mix between am and pm shifts 7-2:30PM/ 2-9PM

50% Off food 25% Off marketplace items.

Smalls is Hiring:

An Experienced Barista

-2+ years experience required

-This role would include 4-5 barista shifts.

-Must be comfortable with customer interaction.

-Some weekend availability is a must.

-Team player, kind and respectful with staff

-Pooled tips + $15/hr ($24-$40 after tips!)
