PART-TIME CARETAKER NEEDED

Upper Rattlesnake, duties include the caretaking of the owner's nearby property, gardening, and occasional care and exercise of two dogs. We would prefer a couple who are are good with animals and able to work with minimal supervision. Applicants must be able to do handyman work/small fix-it jobs and miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Mechanical experience and cooking experience are also very helpful. Caretaker(s) will start in August or September. Housing is provided - work hours to offset rent - pay for additional hours worked. Hours may vary on a monthly basis.
