Plastic Manufacturer Maintenance Technician FULL-TIME $27/hr, plus $1250 new hire bonus 50 Pine Rd, Brentwood, NH 03833 - Ensures production equipment operates efficiently by performing equipment maintenance on all production, facility and utility equipment. - Seeking a self-motivated, experienced and dedicated individual. - Must comply with all safety rules and procedures. - Maintain and complete all required records. Individual must be available to work overtime as needed. - Perform other duties as required, or assigned by Supervisor. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems on industrial equipment (including extruders). - Perform routine preventative maintenance. - Mechanical tasks: troubleshoot and repair gear boxes. Troubleshoot and replace bearings, chains, belts, and pulleys. Preferred by not requiredMIG weld, stick weld, drill and tap threaded holes. Read mechanical prints. - Electrical tasks: troubleshoot and replace AC and DC drives, temperature controls, start/stop electrical controls, troubleshoot PLCs, replace and wire 3-phase motors, troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits. Read electrical, building, machine and flow diagram prints. Schedule - Shift start: 8:00PM - Shift length: 10 hours - Days: weds-sat 8am-6pm for training, full time job will be 8pm-6am weds-sat Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Experience in industrial maintenance role preferred. - Basic plumbing skills. - Knowledge of fittings and thread types. - Must be at least 22+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded) - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs Bonus $1250 new hire incentive This bonus will be paid out in 3 separate installments ( 3 months, 9 months and 1 year )
