VACATION RENTAL CLEANER NEEDED

Dependable, part-time cleaner needed for a Santa Fe-based vacation rental business. Primary duties involve preparing/cleaning two Airbnb STR apartments for guest arrivals, including bed-making, laundering linens, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens using standard cleaning products (Windex, Clorox, Lysol etc.), dusting, furniture cleaning, vacuuming, and floor mopping. Applicants should enjoy cleaning, have a positive attitude, be reliable, flexible, respectful and trustworthy, possess good communication skills in English, work well with the owner (including the ability to receive feedback), and demonstrate care to ensure guest satisfaction.

Physical capability, personal transportation, and a flexible schedule that includes being available on weekends is mandatory. Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals who exhibit enthusiasm and the right mindset, with opportunities for additional responsibilities.
