Managers for Mobile Home Park

We have an opening for a couple to manage a Mobile home park.

Duties would include:

Promoting the park online and thru local dealers.

Rent collection and bank deposits.

Maintaining files and records.

Working with phone calls on new move ins.

Knowledge of placing new homes correctly on lots.

Working with new applicants when a home is sold.

Understanding procedures for delinquent accounts.

Enforcing rules and regulations.

Writing a monthly newsletter for tenants.

Attending online training sessions.

Maintenance would involve:

Pro active on maintenance needs around the park

Walking the park daily, keeping it clean and observing repair needs.

working with subcontractors on infrastructure problems such as

water lines, electrical, sewer and tree trimming.

Maintain supplies and keep park equipment in good shape.

Respond promptly and accordingly to emergency situations.

We are new Park and we are looking for a friendly couple,

who will make it their home, and create a warm and friendly environment for everyone.

Semi retired are encouraged to apply.

Experience in apartment, mobile home, mini storage would be helpful
