Baristas (experience required) needed for coffee shop in El Cerrito!

Hi! We are Tala Coffee and Tea, a coffee/boba shop located in El Cerrito, CA. We are currently looking for diligent and hard-working baristas to join us (full-time and part-time)! Requirements:

-Previous professional experience(s) as a coffee shop barista

-Excellent customer service/communication skills

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn

-Receptive and able to quickly grasp new concepts

Good to have but not required:

-Able to make latte art

-Previous cooking experience

-Previous experience making boba tea

Please note that baristas hired will be required to learn to make boba tea as well as make the sandwiches on our menus as well!
