Kitchen Manager Position Available at Le Peacock

This posting is for a Kitchen Manager Position at Le Peacock Bar in Shelburne Falls MA. This position would be in charge of all aspects of commercial kitchen management. Ordering, Inventory, Scheduling, Menu Preperation as well as day to day duties working alongside the current kitchen staff. This position would also be expected to keep regular communication with the General Manager as well as the Restaurant Owner.

Our bar is a "speakeasy" style bar with a limited menu. 3-4 Entrees 6-8 appetizers and 1 dessert. Stylistically, we aim for American and European-inspired bar food. Our Kitchen is open 12-9 Tuesday through Sunday with a set menu for both lunch and dinner.
