Maintenance Man - Sussex County

Property Maintenance Company searching for hard-working, dedicated, professional, skilled individual to perform maintenance work around apartment/community complexes. Must have own transportation to office in Sussex County, Must have experience in general maintenance such as gutter repairs, siding repairs, painting, and misc. maintenance tasks, and be able to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners. Travel between Sussex and Union/Essex Counties. 35 hours per week. Minimum 5 years experience in related field. References a must. Please email resume to this post.
