CO Janitorial Service looking for Qualified Subcontractors

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced commercial janitorial subcontractor for a building in the South Aurora area.

This account pays $6800 per month. Eligible subcontractors will need a team of 2-3 people for this location.

Schedule: Cleaning must be done in the early morning hours between 2AM-8AM. Each cleaning takes between 9-10 hours (# of hours if 1 person was cleaning), 6 days per week (Sunday-Friday).

Qualifications: Company must be registered and in good standing w/ CO Secretary of State, must have proof of general liability and worker's compensation insurances, and must be able to provide either a website address, business card or at least 2 verifiable references from existing clientele.
