HVAC Service Technician (1-3 years exp)

HVAC Service Technician Needed

We are looking for a great addition to our already awesome team. We need one more qualified technician who can use their skills, knowledge, trouble-shooting capabilities, installation/repair expertise and more, in the commercial HVAC industry. Job Description & Requirements:

- 1-3 years service experience

- Need to have a good drivers record and a clean criminal history, MVR will be pulled if going into a company vehicle.

- Able to diagnose/repair/install commercial HVAC systems in new builds or Tenant Finish

- NATE Certified and EPA Certified is a plus

- Familiarity with wiring schematics and electrical

- Strong work ethic, and a ‘can-do’ attitude, and takes pride in their performance

- Good communication skills with general contractors and in-house project managers

- Able to maintain our standards of quality and follow a formal procedure for each job

- Keep a clean and professional appearance

- Having your own tools is a plus

- Must be savvy and willing to learn about new products and stay current in the industry

- Flexible schedule – may have to work early mornings, late evenings or on weekends; and all service technicians, on-call at times, but very minimal

- Must be willing to work overtime if necessary

- Must have good listening skills and able to understand and resolve issues that may arise

- Must be able to stand, bend, crawl and squat throughout the day; capable of lifting 75lbs unassisted; able to negotiate long ladders, tall accesses and high roofs
