Park Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Park Manager to oversee the operations and management of our park facility. As the Park Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining park facilities, and supervising park staff. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality.

Our company is seeking to make an immediate hire to train with and replace an outgoing Park Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of park operations, including guest services, maintenance, and events management

- Supervise and train park staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service

- Oversee daily park activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests

- Develop and implement park policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and safety standards

- Handle cash handling procedures, including reconciling daily sales and preparing deposits

- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on park attendance, revenue, and expenses

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and promotions

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety guidelines

- Address guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Experience:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or entertainment industry

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and cash handling procedures

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff

- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve goals

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in report writing and data analysis preferred

- Knowledge of events management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 - $26.00 per hour
