Kitchen baker assistant

Keto Sweets Los Angeles is looking for a kitchen assistant to help fulfill baked goods for our storefront and weekly farmers markets/events. We are located in Santa Clarita, CA. We are sugar free, gluten free and low carb bakery with several vegan and paleo options.

Schedule:

Part time position Mondays & Thursdays 8am-3pm Could lead to more hours. MUST have flexible schedule

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day operations including baking, packaging, washing dishes, restocking ingredients, cleaning, trash runs, errands

- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools

- Accurately measure, weigh, mix, shape, and mold dough as directed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, ensuring kitchen equipment is clean and operational

Physical Requirements:

- High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods (be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours)

- Must be able to occasionally lift, balance, and move food product and items weighing up to 50 pounds

- Must be able to perform in a fast paced, busy environment with attention to detail
