The candidate who joins our team will be professional, friendly, and able to put our clients first at all times. We are looking for someone fluent in both English and Korean, well-versed in customer care. We are only accepting applications for long-term employment because we want you to grow together as we do. Availability:

PART-TIME. Looking for a candidate with open & high flexibility. Schedule will update on a 4-5 month basis.

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.

Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.

Provide information about services, packages, and promotions.

Appointment Management:

Schedule and confirm client appointments.

Manage and update the appointment calendar.

Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and waitlists.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.

Process payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.

Order office supplies and manage inventory.

Social Media Management:

Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook

Create promotional or informative content & flyers through CANVA

Create fun videos that are trending

Coordination:

Communicate with estheticians, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate client flow to ensure minimal wait times.

Assist in organizing promotional events or workshops.

Sales and Promotion:

Promote skincare products and service packages to clients.

Handle retail sales and inventory management for skincare products.

Inform clients about current promotions and new services.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Report any maintenance issues to management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in aesthetics industry

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Personal Attributes:

Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.

Detail-oriented and proactive.

Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of skincare products and treatments is an advantage.

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality.
