Harvest Kitchen is a successful organic catering company located in North County. Our Corporate Lunch program is growing, and we are hiring for a full-time Prep/ Food Truck Line Cook to work under Head Chef and Lead Prep Cook at our satellite kitchen in San Marcos. We cater for a rad company and all their employees five days per week, 200-250 people per day. We need an energetic passionate cook to join our team to make the best food possible!
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and direction of Chefs
- Lots of vegetable prep
- Prepare meals onsite 2 days per week for client on company food truck along with team of seasoned chefs
- Must take direction well
- Keep a clean work station
- Keep a high vibe, positive team player attitude
Schedule:
Mon - Friday 6am-2pm
Experience: little to no experience required. You will learn valuable kitchen and cooking skills in working with Harvest Kitchen. Must have a passion for making scratch-made food using the best organic ingredients.
Pay: $21-22/hr DOE
