Year round Groundskeeper/Maintenance for waterfront condo comunity

Part time, YEAR ROUND person wanted to do mainly grounds work and odd jobs for the Lord Hampshire condo and cottage resort in Tilton, NH.

This is not a seasonal position. We need a year round person.

Landscaping, Maintenance, some snow removal etc.

We supply all tools and equipment needed.

approx. 20hrs per week. $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Very flexible with scheduling.
