Join us and be part of our inspiring journey.The Senior Specialist, Commercial Case Planning partners with the Sales Training team in supporting US EVOQUE commercial case planning activities by assessing CT and echo images to determine patient suitability for EVOQUE therapy.Role is open to onsite / hybrid (Irvine, CA) or US based remote candidates. Travel required if employed remotely.How you'll make an impact: Analyze imaging for patient screening and contribute an opinion to the assessment of potential EVOQUE commercial cases Analyze, summarize, and present clinical baseline, procedural, and follow-up imaging (e.g., CT, echo) to provide inputs to determine patient suitability for EVOQUE TR Collaborate and provide recommendations to Commercial Case Planning leaders to optimize screening workflow and operations Create training content relevant to image analysis for US commercial field team and/or Commercial Case Planning new hires Train field support team and/or HCPs on screening process for EVOQUE Other incidental dutiesWhat you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in biological or life sciences, animal science, or related scientific or technical field

Minimum 5 years experience in clinical echocardiographic in-hospital and/or industry required

If remotely employed, ability to travel once a month to Edwards Corporate Campus (Irvine, CA) or relative case sites (may include car, air and overnight travel)

What else we look for (Preferred): Full knowledge of relevant imaging equipment operation (e.g. 2D or 3D TTE/TEE/ICE, CT, MRI, etc.) Experience with imaging analysis software (e.g. 3Mensio, TomTec, etc.) Full knowledge and understanding of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to cardiovascular imaging Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Demonstrates professional communication and presentation skills Able to effectively guide and instruct other imaging specialists in clinical settings on effective imaging equipment operation Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strict attention to detail Thrives in a team environment, fostering collaboration between inter-departmental teams, HCPs and KOLs. Good relationship management skills - demonstrates ability to influence change Ability to interact with senior internal personnel and external stakeholders on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlAligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California, the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $124,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
