Description:Our client is a dynamic and growing financial services company committed to excellence and is seeking a motivated collection specialist to join their team!As a Collections Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in mitigating risk and ensuring outstanding client balances are resolved promptly. Your attention to detail, effective communication, and commitment to quality service will contribute to our continued success.Key Responsibilities:

Resolve Past Due Balances:Handle inbound calls to address overdue accounts.

Meet daily collections and call goals.

Risk Mitigation:Initiate outbound calls to clients based on risk assessment.

Make informed decisions regarding releasing or holding at-risk accounts.

Research and Recovery:Investigate EFT transactions returned from the bank to recollect owed funds.

Evaluate high-risk accounts for potential escalation to our internal collection agency.

Client Support:Escalate client issues to relevant departments for timely resolution.

Maintain daily call requirements based on provided forecasts.

Skills Required:

Accounts Receivable: Proficient in managing client accounts and balances.

Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for client interactions.

Risk Mitigation: Ability to assess and manage risk factors.

Outbound Calls: Comfortable initiating calls to resolve outstanding receivables.

Inbound Call Handling: Skilled at addressing client inquiries and concerns.
