Job Title: Parts SpecialistJob DescriptionSeeking a dedicated Parts Specialist to lead our team, implementing strategies and overseeing daily duties within the parts department. This role focuses on boosting growth in parts sales, ensuring accuracy in reports, compliance in sales orders, and maintaining strong vendor relations through cataloging and training. The Parts Specialist will also conduct weekly meetings to discuss policy, procedures, and areas of improvement. Supervisory responsibilities include managing a team of 5-7 Parts Sales staff and 3-4 Shipping & Receiving staff.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Council Bluffs, Iowa.Work EnvironmentThis role reports directly to the owner's son and involves occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, moving mechanical parts, and various weather conditions. The work environment can be loud in some areas. Standard work hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotational Saturday mornings offset by an afternoon off earlier in the week. Around 7.5 hours of OT/weekWAGE: 17/hour+ commission.
