We are seeking a motivated telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview
As a telemarketer specializing in managed IT services, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by means of expanding our client base and finding new revenue opportunities from existing clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by proactively engaging with prospective customers and effectively communicating the value of our managed IT services.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target markets and nurture leads. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in appointment setting.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. Maintain an organized database of potential clients and ensure timely follow-ups
Engaging Prospects: Initiate outbound calls and emails to potential clients to introduce our IT services and identify their business needs and pain points.
Building Rapport: Communicate confidently and effectively to build trust and rapport with potential clients, understanding their challenges and providing relevant information about our services.
Setting Appointments: Schedule high-quality appointments for our Sales team with decision-makers and key stakeholders in small and mid-size businesses.
Qualifying Leads: Conduct preliminary assessments of potential clients' requirements, ensuring that appointments are set with businesses that align with our target market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff qualified leads, maintaining clear communication to optimize the sales process.
Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly appointment setting targets, contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
Must be able to navigate a computer
Strong phone presence with an excellent customer service skills and a personable and approachable personality
Candidates with previous B2B sales – especially those with IT sales experience – are strongly preferred.
Must be computer savvy (we are an IT company)
Experience
Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, or a related sales role. Previous experience in the IT industry or IT services is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to engage potential clients effectively and secure appointments.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
Basic understanding of IT services, technology solutions, and their benefits to businesses is preferred.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

Pay: $15.00 per hour + cash incentives for each appointment made
