Full-Time Administrative Assistant for Nutritional Supplement Company
Seeking full-time administrative assistant who can handle the daily operations of a 10-year old nutritional supplement business. Work from home BUT YOU MUST LIVE IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR HIRE. Hours are typically 9am-4pm M-F but are flexible. Looking to fill position asap.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Taking phone orders
Answering and returning phone calls and emails
Creating packing slips, product, printing labels, and organizing paperwork for retail shipments
Inventory/product management
Packaging inventory for Amazon FBA
Hours typically range from 9:00-4:00pm M-F. Pay is from $22-$23 per hour depending on experience.
Must have the following skills to apply:
Must have excellent phone skills. (This is important. You will primarily be a phone support rep)
Integrity, strong work ethic, goal oriented, and professional presence
Must have adequate space in house or apartment for light equipment and light inventory
Must have excellent communication and written skills
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
Basic computer/typing skills and ability to type 35+ words per minute
Ability to self-manage work, time, and priorities
Strong time management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream
Highly organized and detail oriented
Willingness to be trained
Must have reliable transportation
