CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION & DRIVER

Please apply in person at 1131-A Greenfield Drive, El Cajon Monday-Thursday between 7am and 5pm.

We work 4/10's Monday-Thursday from 7:00-5:30pm. Overtime on Fridays. We also offer 80 hours per year Paid Time Off.

We provide company trucks. In order to be accepted by our Commercial Auto Insurance carrier, you must be at least 25 years old and not have a DUI in the last 10 years. Other moving violations like speeding tickets or rolling through a stop sign may be acceptable upon review of driving record.

The work is mainly concrete repair and replacement that includes epoxy repair, digging, concrete demolition, setting steel, setting forms, mixing concrete, and crawling under houses. Must be physically small enough to fit and work under a house. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. We can train you.

Starting pay is $22 per hour or more, depending on experience.

We also have one opportunity in the future for someone to grow into a leadership position that includes learning and becoming an expert in every aspect of the physical work as well being able to create a daily schedule, supervise others, answer questions, and deliver materials for jobs. This key position would likely pay about $30 per hour.
