Job Title: HVAC ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Manager responsible for the performance, quality, and reliability of HVAC&R systems. The role includes overseeing mechanics, technicians, contractors, and consultants to ensure optimal system performance and quality. Responsibilities include managing the repair and maintenance of centralized chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, package type AC units, walk-in freezers, HQQ boilers, humidifiers/dehumidifiers, and exhaust systems. The HVAC Manager will also manage the HVAC&R Engineering Team, oversee the Building Management System, prepare operational and capital budgets, and train staff in electrical and DDC controls, pneumatic controls, and HVAC & Refrigeration Systems.Hard Skills
