We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to help shape the future of our cloud products.The team’s charter is to optimize our investments in cloud infrastructure while driving down unit cost of capacity, ensuring cloud services achieve both profit and gross margin growth. As a Senior Finance Manager - GPU Pricing and AI on this team, you’ll also support long term bets and drive intelligence to keep Microsoft Cloud ahead of the competition. All while enhancing transparency into Cloud Infrastructure investments and safeguarding shareholder interest.The AI Business Health team inside MSIO Finance is responsible for margin strategy and investment optimization of Microsoft AI Products.We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager - GPU Pricing and AI to partner with individuals across finance and engineering to compile detailed Graphics Processing Units (GPU) costs by Stock Keeping Units (SKU), as well as model, plan, and report on changes in pricing; creating clarity and structure around internal GPU cost allocations.Additionally, support Copilot workloads through the Rhythm of Business (RoB) by ensuring gross margin reporting is accurate on a monthly basis, driving improved system tracking, and supporting the long range planning (LRP) process.This role partners closely with engineering, business planning, as well as a breadth of finance partners. Lead 1 st and 3 rd party GPU pricing to support customer deals and incentivize rapid AI adoption with scale and efficiency
Partner with Engineering, capacity finance, Business Planning, and Operations to ensure that GPU pricing is aligned to evolving unit cost influencers and articulate findings to facilitate executive decision making across business and finance leaders
Perform analysis on GPU price, and performance to understand and model Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for a variety of hardware SKUs at different stages of scale and growth
Act as a key member of Microsoft’s AI finance team, creating clarity around GPU pricing leavers, trajectory, and gross margin performance, and influencing investment strategy
Create and enforce billing principals and frameworks for GPUs
Lead RoB for Microsoft’s AI Copilot investments including building simple frames and creating consistent actionable Senior Leadership Team (SLT) messaging

QualificationsMinimum/Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field and 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to form and influence cross-functional partnerships to deliver high-value projects both as an individual and through v-teams with business partnering skills
Proven data and financial modeling capabilities and ability to work with financial systems
Proven leadership skills, with demonstrated results in proactively driving and delivering high value/high-impact project results through both individual and v-team efforts.
Deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly commercial public and private cloud services, business models and economics preferred
Comfort working at multiple altitudes, from strategic/high-level projects to detailed COGS analysis
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
