Project/Office assistant for Construction Company needed

Provide project support and assistance in all aspects of our construction office daily functions.
Experience as a bookkeeper with a construction or related company a PLUS!
Overall Responsibilities:
-Provide project support, project manager support
-Light Bookkeeping, Billing, Document Filling
-Act as liaison between field personnel, office, warehouse when necessary
Experience with data entry, record keeping, reporting and spreadsheets.
Strong computer and writing skills necessary, confidentiality, thoroughness, the ability to follow through with the task at hand in a timely fashion.
Excellent communication skills, proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Ability to perform light bookkeeping duties, including posting information to QuickBooks, generating invoices & issuing statements
Manage the relationship with purchasing, warehouse and project managers
Provide administrative support to management when required
Requirements:
Minimum:1 years’ experience (preferably in a construction environment)
Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs a MUST - QuickBooks Experience a PLUS
Well organized with attention to detail
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
