Position: Landscape Team Leader

Responsibilities:

THIS IS NOT A MOWING POSITION

Must have a Clean Drivers License

Must be able to pass a Background check

Leading and supervising landscaping crews in various projects

Managing the installation and maintenance of flowerbeds

Experience with mini-skid steer and/or mini-excavator is a must.

Overseeing hardscaping projects with precision and expertise

Coordinating general landscaping tasks and ensuring quality work

Providing guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

Proven experience in landscaping installation and maintenance

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in hardscaping techniques and materials

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
