Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity in the bustling city of Portland, Oregon, where we are seeking a Marketing Research Coordinator. The Marketing Research Coordinator will assist in survey administration, data cleaning, and designing data presentations for internal audiences. This position will support the development of interview and focus group scripts, and schedule and coordinate qualitative data collection efforts and group-based qualitative analysis and writing. This role will coordinate the collection of information for, and distribution of, survey incentives, and will ensure that all reports and presentations are completed in a timely manner. A successful candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with online survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS); and a basic understanding of social media and other marketing channels. Responsibilities: Supporting the team in conducting various research projects, including but not limited to internal and external surveys, marketing analytics, and focus groups Assisting the Marketing Manager in driving brand awareness through strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns Utilizing CRM, Database, and EO/IR systems to analyze and interpret data for marketing strategies Using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments for optimization Participating in the planning and execution of focus groups to gather qualitative data for marketing strategy development Assisting in managing the marketing budget processes to ensure cost-effective campaigns Coordinating various project tasks to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives Utilizing skills in Analytics and Advertisements to drive campaign planning and execution Ensuring the effective use of marketing tools and strategies to increase brand awareness.Requirements Proficiency in CRM and database management Knowledge and experience with EO/IR systems Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics Ability to create and manage advertisements Strong analytical skills Experience in increasing brand awareness Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and survey tools Experience in campaign planning and execution Ability to coordinate and manage projects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Proven experience in a similar marketing role is an advantage.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
