BOOKKEEPER / COLLECTION SPECIALIST - PT

We are a disaster restoration company seeking an experienced bookkeeping professional.

Applicant must have accounting experience with QuickBooks 2021 Accounting Software and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Requirements:

- Must have bookkeeping experience

- Prior office experience a must

- Must have collection experience

- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

- Punctual and Reliable

- Ability to multi-task

- Must be detail oriented, organized, and be able to work independently

- Must be able to follow-up with clients

- Bilingual English /Spanish a plus

- Must be fluent in English – verbal and written
