Program Manager – National Accounts (Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA)As the Program Manager for National Accounts - Hospital Patient Monitoring Standards, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the adherence to patient monitoring standards across our national account network. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement and maintain best practices, policies, and procedures related to patient monitoring in hospitals. Your primary focus will be on driving consistency, quality, and compliance with established standards to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.Your role:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance patient monitoring standards within national accounts, aligning with Philips vision and a prescriptive point of view driving industry standards.
. Account Management: Fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating program objectives and requirements.
Standardization: Drive the standardization of patient monitoring processes, protocols, and equipment across national accounts to ensure consistency and quality of care.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare program management, with a focus on patient monitoring or related areas.
Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient care processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful initiatives.
Experience working with national or key accounts in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
