Line/Prep Cook

24 Taps is looking for a motivated cook to join our team and help maintain our restaurants high food demand. This position consists of prepping and preparing food to the exact restaurants specifications. Duties will consist of being a team player and performing tasks in a proficient and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

Answer, report, and follow executive instructions

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Stock inventory appropriately

When on line ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
