Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced HVAC Install Technicians skilled in the installation of split systems,

package units, mini splits, and ductless systems. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work

ethic, a friendly and customer-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Install various HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, mini splits, and

ductless systems

-Troubleshoot low voltage and line voltage issues

-Read and interpret installation plans and blueprints

-Maintain a high standard of safety, adhering to all safety policies and procedures

-Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client

-Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and accurate

installations

-Participate in additional training to stay current with industry standards and techniques

Qualifications:

-Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

-Ability to lift 50+ pounds and navigate rooftops, under homes, and in attics

-EPA Certification (preferred)

-Experience in sheet metal fabrication, refrigeration, welding, and general construction

knowledge is a plus

-Valid social security card and driver’s license with a good driving record

-Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
