Office & Delivery Assistant

for ♦ Luxury Boutique Graphics Studio ♦

OUR COMANY:

We are a very small, printing, promotional products and graphic design boutique,

with luxury clientele. We are looking for a part time person, a couple of days a week.

This is a GREAT POSITION FOR A STAY AT HOME MOM

looking to get out of the house for a few hours, once or twice a week and work near home.

OFFICE HELP:

General office help.

Receiving/counting checking in merchandise/goods / Quality control of merchandise received

Shipping packages, dropping at FedEx/UPS

Basic filing

Stuffing bags and envelopes

Helping keep the office clean. Keeping things organized (we need help organizing stuff!)

Social media is a plus.

LIGHT PICK UP AND DELIVERIES:

Dropping off and picking up samples and packages to local customers and vendors.

(gas allowance)

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

Positive and friendly demeanor when meeting new people.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must speak and write English proficiently.

Polished Professional appearance

Reliable transportation/insured car/current drivers license

ALSO

WE ARE ALSO LOOKING HELP WITH OUR HEAT PRESS DEPT - help setting up.

Will combine with the above position. (If you have a Cricut machine this is a plus)

DTF and Sublimation on shirts, hats, bags etc.

Detail oriented with an eye for detail and straight lines (this is imperitive)

Experience with heat press operation and the ability to set appropriate temperature, pressure, and time settings
