Landscaping and Maintenance Assistant

Large townhome complex seeking full-time landscaping and light-duty maintenance assistant. This is a 10-acre property in Pearl City with a supervising Resident Manager and additional maintenance assistant. Mowing is performed by a landscaping company, so duties would include ground maintenance, pruning and cleanup. Other duties might include light maintenance tasks (painting, straightforward plumbing, and construction tasks commensurate with experience). Physical requirements include heavy lifting, bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, crawling, climbing, prolonged standing and walking. Hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. M-F. $17.80 per hour with benefits.
