Enjoy the perfect blend of in-person collaboration and the flexibility to thrive in your own space.Your Impact:Data Analysis & Reporting: Manage the GSOC Reporting Dashboard, analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership.Technology Leadership: Be the go-to person for the Everbridge platform and GSOC applications. You’ll handle system configuration, technology integration, and support for our operational teams and stores.Crisis Management: Leverage cutting-edge technology platforms to monitor and manage critical events in real-time. Be prepared for occasional after-hours work to ensure the safety and security of our operations.Advocacy & Education: Communicate, educate, and advocate for the GSOC program across various teams and stores.Project Management: Support the GSOC lead with business processes, project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.Documentation & Communication: Create process flow diagrams, instructional documentation, and manage the GSOC SharePoint site. Participate in Asset Protection meetings to provide support and insights.What You Bring:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Industry Knowledge: Retail industry and operations knowledge preferred.Technical Proficiency: Experience with Everbridge (or other crisis management/threat monitoring software) strongly preferred; Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Workday (or other HRIS systems) experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, apply logical problem-solving skills, and evaluate complex situations to recommend solutions.Emergency Response: Understanding of emergency response protocols and business continuity practices preferred.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
