Be prepared to join a team that is deeply committed, boldly innovative, and fiercely good for our consumers and customers, for our people, and for our communities.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an Area Human Resources Manager (AHRM) based in the Dallas Metroplex area reporting to the Sr. Director of Human Resources within the BlueTriton ReadyRefresh HR team. The AHRM is a business partner, rooted in the heart of our ReadyRefresh operations, driving performance and continuing the evolution of the organization’s culture and overall capability. The business scope for this role covers locations spanning across NTX (currently Dallas, Plano and Waco).Key ResponsibilitiesServes as an employee advocate, investing time in the field with our employees and the business.Develops and evolves a culture of inclusion and employee advocacy, aligned with our BlueTriton values.Coordinates with leaders to organize events and activities focused on recognition and workplace engagement, creating a sense of belonging and inclusivity for all employees.Provides ongoing location support with onboarding, training & and performance management.Ensures focus on employee relations, in addition to compensation and benefit related programming.Serves as an informed point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Addresses issues promptly and in an equitable manner.Conducts thorough investigations when needed, develops sound recommendations, implements appropriate courses of resolution, and proactively liaises with legal.Partners with leadership teams in each location to coordinate, collect feedback, and follow through on employee round table/site assessment processes and discussions.Partners with our leadership teams to support coaching & and counseling, performance management, and key employee engagement points (new hire, exit and engagement surveys).Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion, inclusive of employee data, performance coaching, strategic company information, and FMLA/ADA/LOA/WC issues.Supports each location to achieve desired staffing levels, inclusive of assisting with conducting interviews, candidate selection, and finalizing hiring decisions following TA standards and within expected service level agreements.Ensures timely execution of required compliance related activities within the region.Established as a strategic equalizer to the shareholder, business, and employee.QualificationsSkills and Related ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a human resources generalist/leadership role, with multi-site responsibility (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in business, humanities, psychology, or applicable field related to Human ResourcesStrong business acumen with a proven track record of being a skilled HR business partner in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Experience in proactive employee relations, recruitment, and staffingDemonstrated experience partnering with and influencing clients on solving business/operational issues.Knowledge of state and federal employment law including HR technical knowledge of EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker’s compensation.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and develop high trust at multiple levels of the organization.Demonstrated change and project management skills to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Data driven capability – ability to use appropriate metrics that influence and drive decisions, along with being able to draw insights from data and relay a story to the business.Strong knowledge in MS office suite including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.Prior experience with SuccessFactors, preferred.Ability to work independently and proactively; solutions oriented in the face of adversity.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Passion for engaging teams, learning, improving, and sharing best practices.Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency to drive results.Ability and willingness to travel each week based on business need, up to 80%.BlueTriton Brands, Inc.
