We are looking for looking for top window and door installation professionals who are masters at their craft that will provide superior service to our customers. What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 5 years in window installation and remodeling experience
- Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available and at their homes (between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
- A proven track record of superior workmanship
- A strong focus on customer service
- Self motivation and results orientation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Provide references of your past work
Responsibilities:
- Ability to properly measure windows for full frame or replacement applications
- Install windows, doors and perform other carpentry work
- Restore and renovate as required
Requirements for a Sub-Contractor:
- Minimum two person team ( sub- contractors only)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Provide references of your past work
- Ownership of your own truck, trailer, and tools
- Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
- Provide Certificate of Insurance with the following requirements:
Gneral Liability
Automobile Liability
Worker’s Compensation – Statutory Limit

Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Experience:
Residential Home-Improvement: 5 years (Required)
Door hanging: 5 years (Required)
Replacement Window Installation: 5 years (Required)
Full Frame Window Installation: 5 years (Required)
Trim Carpentry experience: 5 years (Required)
