Measure/Estimator - Flooring Jobs

Job description:

- Measure/Estimate residential and commercial flooring jobs.

- Experience in flooring, construction mandatory.

- Knowledge in reading designs or blueprints is a must.

- Conduct scheduling and job walks when necessary.

- Knowledge in all fields including (Carpet, Vinyl, LVT, LVP, Tile, Wall Tile, Hardwood, etc.)

- Able to do quantity takeoffs using (Measure square) will teach if needed.

- Must interact with Sales Team, Scheduling Manager, GM and Owners.

- Salary will only be determined if the individual is qualified for commercial/residential flooring.
