We are : Good To Eat Taiwanese Cuisine, located in a nice neighborhood around Emeryville/West Berkeley . We do upsacle quality casual, Craft-minded and Chef-driven daily changed menu dinner place with beer and sake pairing.

We are an indie restaurant, community's favorite, serving elevated asian (taiwanese) small plates with beer and sake.

It's a great opportunity to join our amazing team of 12. (6 FOH and 6 BOH). We are a women-led, immigrant-led restaurant prioritize on building a healthy working environment for all of us to focus on food craft and hospitality career.

We now in search of experienced line cook to join our team. We will have a full time opening soon in late August. 90% of our team members are all full time and work closely together with pride and focus on food and hospitality career. we have couple of part-time team member too.

Work hours WED-SAT 2:0010:30 pm. 2:004:00 prep, 4:309:30 line, 9:3010:30 clean and finish

This is an english-speaking kitchen. joining a team of 12 with high energy and passion for the food service

you MUST have professional kitchen line cook experience: on Grill, or Fryer. , or Sautee with fast-paced restaurant.

Our menu change daily

we prefer full time team members . We can start with part-time to see how it goes, if you would like to start part-time, you MUST be available FRI and Sat 3:309:30 PM otherwise won't work

You will work on Fryer, Sautee, or Grill.

in the future, we have other station for you to rotate to: cold app, noodle station

we are very fast-paced, work in open kitchen

we handle a lot of seasonal veggies and require precisions for the prep

We will pay with hourly rate , this position will start $18$22 based on your experience and immediate contribution, , with additional pooled tips(currently avg $8$12 per hour). Hourly rate can be reviewed again after working 2 months full time

MUST have professional kitchen experiences 2+ Years - Fryer, Grill, or Sautee

This is a English Speaking Kitchen

We will prefer you to have kitchen experiences with indie(not chained) restaurant or chef-driven type of the restaurant . or eager to work for chef-driven restaurant . Or you are very eager to learn in this type of the environment.

We will prioritize interviewing candidates with previous working experiences or very eager to learn.
